Gym.up.

I find it takes a lot of weight off my shoulders to put some weights on to work out my shoulders.

I can’t lie though, today was back day.

1 hour cardio, and 1 hour lifting.

shoulders FINALLY decided to start coming out.

I’ve decided I’m going to allow myself one burrito in two weeks.

Let the countdown to pleasure commence.
