Here is the quick video for a basic/beginners crunch exercise! Remember, if abs are your goal…work EVERYTHING but them for the most part. If there is a layer of fat, any ab muscle built will just look like more fat. Working out the full body will help get rid of that trouble patch to let the actual muscle show through!
