I’m on the floor in my new rooooom in my new ppaaaadddd.
D and I painted the last room and moved the last item yesterday and it could not have finished soon enough! Our backs and necks will surely feel it for days to come! To answer a few comments, no, I did not move in with D. I’d prefer not to play marriage until it’s time to actually have fun playing in our actual marriage. haha
I turned in the keys to the ‘old’ apartment and have been going through the typical old roommate stuff that I’m sure you all have gone through at one time or another. Trying to contact the person to be left unnamed to get the final things…finalized. Only to have no response. I hate feeling like I’m on the verge of getting screwed over….even though it wouldn’t be the first time. I’m new to the whole ‘half and half deposit’ so I’m hoping things will just go smoothly to get this whole lease to an end and be able to focus on what really matters…
I’m planning on baking some massive amounts of delicioushit with the money from my deposit. Would you like to join me? We could have a “mob bake” and every one in all corners of the earth could just fill the atmosphere with the essence of cinnamon sugar and chocolate.
Also, great news.
Tomorrow is the day of the blog move! Can we all have a “new platform warming” party? Candles and macs are acceptable forms of welcoming gifts.
I’ve been experiencing some pretty intense headaches and I didn’t know why..and then it hit me. This is how I’ve been reading.
Since I haven’t been wearing contacts, I also have neglected to remember my glasses. I’ve been working so much on the blog and keeping my head in books… no wonder my head hurts!
I remembered my glasses today, and I’m posted at Starbucks responding to your emails and writing your nutrition plans. One reader from Australia shared that she goes for early evening runs and returns home SOAKED because of the humidity. I feel bad for complaining about our dry heat here in Arizona, even if it is 102 degrees… :-0
I wanted to also let you all know that over the next couple days, ciaraLE.com will be switching platforms. This doesn’t really change anything on your end, but it does mean there may be a few things in “limbo” during the switch ! Also, there may be a few posts/photos/details that may get lost in the move (but we’re hoping for the best!) . Thank you for being patient should there be any glitches! I started this baby from the ground up last August, but am in no way a computer genius! I asked my Daddy if he’d be able to help me to get this switch and I’m confident we’ll be able to do it as close as seamless as possible.
I’ve gotten a few more holds for items in the shop. If you’d like to put any item on hold, please email me as soon as possible so I can determine the ‘first come first dressed’.
Those members of PUSH who are starting their first week of their new eating plan and work out plan, YOU ARE GOING TO DO INSANE! I am so proud of you, and I think I can speak for the rest of the readers when I say that we are all rooting for you. If you’d be willing, please send in any progress, tips, trials, etc that you would not mind me posting for the rest of ciarale readers. We all spur each other on and without that, we would all be pretty lonely and unmotivated.

Why would you want to gain weight purposely? You worked so hard! Eat what you want, but don’t force anything just to prove something to your readers
C: Thanks so much for the compliment Anonymous reader! I did train and lean the best I could! In answer to your question, contrary to what media shoves down every ones throat, gaining weight (when it is healthy mass) is not only necessary for your body to heal and be able to lean out even more when the time comes, but also to keep skin, hair and all other womanly parts (vag/ovaries/etc) in just as beautiful condition. Being 99lbs and 8% body fat, as I’ve stated many times before, are my stats for 3 days TOPS and even then, I eat at least 6 meals a day with high protein count. Gaining weight is not the same as a desire to get fat. Get loose. Get unhealthy. Over the next couple weeks I will be gaining weight so that my body will recover from the trauma of competition training. It will thicken out in all the right places because of smart eating, heavy weights, and my body won’t ever plateau.
After all, all the ciarale.com readers know I come to B.T.B.!!

I’ve been getting a few repeated questions in my inbox, figured I’d tackle them all at once here! 🙂 I just ate a huge bowl of mac and cheese with salmon (left overs from the dinner I made last night) and I’m headed to go walk and train arms. Still on my weight gain and it feels SO weird trying to gain weight after leaning out for so long. I feel so naughty eating normal food NONSTOP.
I feel like a baby in a strip club.
…anyways. here’s the answers to your questions, please keep sending them! And if I have not responded to your emails yet, please know I am doing my best to respond with my full focus and attention, even if that means taking longer to reply! Have patience with me!
Q: “You said you didn’t place in your competition. How many places were there?”
A: Perfect question, so sorry I neglected to write this in the competition post! Top 5 are the places, and there were 17 girls in my class!
Q: “How many calories do you eat a day?’
A: I wouldn’t know. I don’t count them. In my opinion, counting calories is the second stupidest thing next to fat burning pills.
Q: When is your next competition?
A. November 🙂 I have about 2/3 weeks off, and then I will be training again!
Q: How long should I do cardio every day.
A: In most cases, I would advise not to do cardio EVERY day. This will only keep tearing down muscle and your body will end up looking kind of saggy and odd (like those who only exercise with bike riding/jogging). Stick to slow burn cardio approximately 20-40 minutes every other work out.
Good afternoon love bumps. Is your day going well? For those of you who work at desk/office jobs…hang in there! Before I quit my office job(with no warning-i blasted an email to every one letting them know that I was leaving after 3 years of misery, racism, jealousy, hate and the like, and then gave them the deuces walked out 2 minutes later. It was the first time I felt like a baller) I used to feel like death once 2/3 rolled around. Granted, I was not healthy during that time period so it was even harder to stay awake! Hang in there! You’re almost off!!
I’m heading to the gym to change EVERYTHING up for about 3 weeks! I weighed in for competition at 101. It’s only okay to stay at that weight for one day MAXIMUM! Since my burrito on Saturday, I’ve had Denny’s, burgers and steak fries, ice cream, cake, and chips (to name a few things) to gain some weight. My goal is to put on at least 10 lbs in the next 2 weeks. I’ll be doing only 2 hours of cardio a week. And heavier weights.
In saying this, those of you who have read/liked my blog the last couple weeks because I was ‘thin’ (which I prefer not to be called, lean/firm is what my goal is as well as what I believe is the healthy alternative!) you may want to find a new blog or check in during my next competition. I’ll be putting on some healthy weight and giving my body a good break and some cushion!

Okay, so I’ll explain what’s going on a little bit for you too. Since it was such a LARGE class this year, they split 17 girls down the middle to walk up front. There were only 5 winning places so they looked at the 2 groups separately to be able to see all of us. We walk out and waited for the first group on the other side of the stage. Then my half walked out. Then we strut front and back. The judges want to see the front side and back side. That was a change for me as I’ve competed in figure before which entailed posing/flexing and quarter turns.
Also, I just want to let you know that whenever I got a little dose of nervousness back stage waiting, I looked at the comments, emails, tumblr posts/notes and facebook posts from you. You have all increased the joy in my life by millions and millions! It makes me cry when I think of you. I am so blessed by you. You all know who you are.
And to Miss Corrine Labial at FitintheCity, thank you for showing so much love to me. You have told me that you look up to me for motivation, but you, darling, have been a motivation to me since the day I first saw your post. I hope one day soon I can make the trek out to you so we can lift some weights, drink some chai, and dominate some bean burritos.
